Overview

The Fixed-Income Digital Asset is a secured digital asset backed by real-world assets. Sky Motor Sdn. Bhd. used the company loan receivable as a collateral to backed the digital asset to be issued.

The issued digital asset would provide regular monthly income to the holders. Other than that, the digital asset also come with a promising buyback mechanism monthly. This will then increase the liquidity of the digital asset.

As the real world assets that backing this digital asset was loan receivables which means the company will have guarantee cash flow from the instalment repayment. The instalment repayment will then being prioritised for the monthly regular income and also the monthly buyback. The distribution process will be done by Malaysia regulated IEO operator.
