Fund Allocation
The funds raised by our motorcycle hire-purchase company in Malaysia will primarily be used to expand our loan portfolio, providing individuals and businesses with greater access to motorcycle financing. Approximately 94% of the funds will be allocated to issuing more motorcycle loans, supporting the transportation needs and economic growth of our clients.
Additionally, we will allocate approximately 3% of the funds towards developing digital transformation solutions. This investment will enhance our services, enabling convenient online loan applications, quick approvals, and user-friendly platforms for tracking loan details and making payments.
Moreover, 3% of the funds will be earmarked for Web3 Ecosystem Development. This allocation reflects our commitment to technological innovation. We plan to explore blockchain integration for more secure and transparent hire purchase agreements and investigate opportunities in cryptocurrencies and digital assets within our financial services.
